What method do you use to print your products?
Unless stated otherwise we use a process called dye sublimation which is the same method used in printing paintball jerseys. There are no limits to the number of colors you can have in your design. Dye sublimation printing literally infuses the ink into the fabric. This allows the fabric to remain soft to the touch, completely breathable and without typical the fading and cracking of screened shirts.
Are there any set up cost for custom orders?
None what so ever. Our process is designed specifically for custom and low run orders.
If I custom design an item does it have to be paintball related?
Not at all. The on-line design studio is perfect for birthdays, anniversary, or any occassion that you would like to remember with a custom designed item.
How long does it take to get my order?
It is our goal to turn around your order in 48 hours.
Do you have other products available other then the ones listed in the current catalog?
Yes, we have many items to select from that may not be shown in our current catalog. If you would like a full listing please contact us.
Can anyone create a design and sell it in the store?
Absolutely. If you have a design(s) that you think others will enjoy you may make it available in our General Store or even open up your own store. For more information email us at smacktalkdesigns@cox.net
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We only use the highest quality performance sportswear available. These are not the old cotton t-shirts you have worn over the years. Performance sportswear is designed specifically to keep you dry and cool all with a very soft touch.
How can I tell if my design will print well?
Smack Talk Designs and Smack Talk Mall stores all use an on-line design studio that allows you to see the design on the specific product before you buy it. Add art work, pictures, logos, text, just about anything you can think of and we will create your masterpiece. Our design studio will even let you know if a graphic file you upload is of high enough resolution to print.
What kind of files can I upload using the on-line design system?
The on-line design system standard PNG, JPG, GIF files. Our preferred file format is PNG file that is 200dpi or higher and has a transparent background. If you are unsure about your file email it to us at smacktalkdesigns@cox.net and we will take a look at it for you
What payment options do you accept?
We utilize PayPal to process payments. This allows you to use you PayPal account or your debit/credit card. PayPal is very secure and does not transmit your debit/credit card information to vendors.
If I live in Arizona can I pick up my order locally and not pay shipping charges?
In most cases you can pick up your order at 23bps on most weekends.
